Jim Sullivan is a licensed bonded and insured general contractor and has been self-employed and serving our Arizona clients for over 25 years. He has a unique blend of experience that better serves our clients and the construction industry. His experience is deeply rooted in raw land development and new ground up constitution.
Jim has over 15 years’ experience as a building inspector. He therefore has exceptional experience in all types and phases of construction. Having your project built by a skilled contractor and experienced building inspector is a rare combination. The attention to detail and the experience to build right preventing future issues is a huge benefit. Having served as a broker Jim is licensed to perform contract law and is experienced in land acquisition/development and working with all utility and government agencies to better serve his clients needs.
